KFC Rewards

The below terms govern the participation and use of KFC rewards customer loyalty program (“KFC Rewards”) initiated by KFC/ Americana Restaurants (Company) for users joining KFC Rewards (“Members”) through the KFC mobile app published in UAE or KSA (“Territory”).

These terms supersede all other communications with respect to KFC Rewards. Acceptance of the KFC Rewards terms and conditions is required in order to become a Member.

Members will earn credits (“Reward Points”) for purchases made from the KFC App as well as the KFC website, in the Territory.

However, Reward Points can be redeemed only through the KFC App for the purchase of free KFC products (the “Rewards”) from a list of rewards (“Rewards catalogue”) available correspondingly on the KFC App.

1. KFC Rewards Enrolment
   1. Enrolment in KFC Rewards is free of charge, and no initial purchase is required in order to become a KFC Rewards member.
   2. Customers, at their discretion can opt-in to join the program using the KFC App and accepting the KFC Rewards terms and conditions.
   3. KFC Rewards is enabled only for selected locations (“Rewards Eligible Locations”) in the Territory. Please refer to sub-section “f“ for details. KFC App users will be able to enrol into KFC Rewards only when they choose a KFC Rewards Eligible location. In all such cases, an enrolment option would be displayed on the KFC App home screen.
   4. Phone number verification and KFC App login are mandatory for all members, while opting for KFC Rewards.
   5. Members will receive a welcome bonus ("Joining bonus") of 500 points on joining KFC Rewards as part of the KFC Rewards launch promotion.
   6. Upon enrolment in KFC Rewards, the user's profile in the KFC App will be updated across all regions where the Company operates the KFC restaurants. However, Joining bonus can be earned and used by Members only in the country in which they are originally enrolled. For all other countries where, a Member has been automatically enrolled, no joining bonus can be earned.
   7. The Company will have the sole discretion to restrict a user from participating in the KFC Rewards. Any Member, who has been blocked/barred by the Company will not be able to join the program again.
   8. A Member who deactivates/ deletes its KFC Rewards profile, will be entitled to re-enrol for KFC Rewards. However, in case of re-joining, any such Member will not be eligible for any additional Joining bonus and/or Reward Points accumulated prior to the deactivation or deletion of its profile.
   9. A Member can un-enrol (or opt-out) from KFC Rewards program by calling our customer support team. (UAE: +971 600522252, KSA - +966 90021111)
   10. Joining bonus and Reward Points earned in a particular country can be used to redeem rewards from that country’s Rewards Catalogue i.e. Reward Points earned in one country cannot be used to redeem rewards in any other country.
2. App account deletion
   1. Members understand and acknowledge that deletion of their KFC app account will not completely erase the historical data of their loyalty transactions. Transactional details related to the Member profiles will be retained by the KFC loyalty system even after account deletion.
   2. Upon deletion of a Member’s KFC App account, its KFC Reward Points balance would become zero and the account would remain suspended till the Member re-joins the KFC Rewards program i.e., no earning/ redemption can be done while an account is inactive.
3. Restrictions
   1. In case of any illegal activity by a Member, the Company reserves the right to remove a Member from KFC Rewards without providing a reason.
   2. In the sole opinion of the Company, if a Member is believed to have abused the privileges or failed to comply with the term of KFC Rewards, the Company has the right to permanently deactivate such Member’s profile on KFC Rewards/KFC App. The Company reserves the right to reset the points balance for any such Members to zero based on its discretion.
4. Earning
   1. Members can earn KFC Reward Points
      1. As Joining bonus, in the manner stated herein under these terms.
      2. By placing an order from KFC Rewards eligible locations using KFC App or KFC website only, within the Territory.
   2. Points can be earned for orders placed only at Rewards eligible locations as per below rules (“Reward earning rules”) subject to earning limitations as mentioned in sub-section d.iii below:

      1. UAE: Members can earn 10 points for every 1 AED spent by them on an order excluding delivery charges i.e.

         Potential points earned for an order = Order Total (inc. taxes) - Discount - Delivery charges

         For Example: Consider an order was placed at a Restaurant using a Rewards enabled platform, wherein

         Order Total = 100 AED
         Discount = 10 AED
         Delivery Charge = 9.50 AED

         Then, potential points earned = 10*(100-10- 9.5) = 805 Rewards Points.

      2. KSA: Similar to UAE, Members can earn 10 points for every 1 SAR spent while including taxes but excluding delivery charges i.e.

         Potential points earned for an order = Order Total (inc. taxes) - Discount - Delivery charges

   3. Earning limitations:
      1. A maximum of 10,000 Reward Points can be earned by a KFC Rewards Member in a particular order.
      2. A maximum of 20,000 Reward Points can be earned by a KFC Rewards Member on a particular day i.e. within any 24-hour time window.
      3. A maximum of 99,999 Reward Points can be accumulated by a Member in his account. Member would not be able to earn any points on orders placed after reaching this maximum limit till some of the points are redeemed against KFC Rewards.
   4. The Company reserves the right to change the Reward Points earning rules at anytime, without any prior consent or notice to the Members.Members can refer the updated rules on KFC App and/ or KFC website
   5. Earned points have no cash value and are not exchangeable for cash at any KFC outlet or through call centres/ KFC App/ KFC Website.
   6. Members are eligible to earn Rewards points on orders placed via KFC App or the KFC website. However, they cannot see any potential point earnings/ point balances/ Rewards catalogue in any platform other than the KFC App.
   7. Members can check their Rewards balance only through KFC Apps published within the Territory. Actual points earned will be automatically calculated and credited to a member's account within 48 hours of order completion via KFC App and KFC website.
   8. If any Member’s account gets blocked/ deactivated / deleted before order confirmation, no KFC Rewards points will be credited to such Member’s KFC Rewards account for that order
5. Points expiry
   1. KFC Reward Points will expire within 180 days from the date, they are credited into a Member's account.
6. KFC Rewards Eligible Stores/Locations: The following KFC stores (along with the locations serviced by them) are eligible for earning/ redeeming Rewards Points:
   1. UAE: KFC rewards is applicable on all KFC App enabled stores in UAE.
   1. KSA: KFC-Khalig (Riyadh), KFC-Hamraa (Riyadh), KFC- Massif (Riyadh), KFC Nozha (Riyadh), KFC-Alhassan (Riyadh),, KFC- Emam Saud (Riyadh),KFC-Nazeem (Riyadh), KFC-Alnassr (Riyadh), KFC-Dammam Road (Riyadh), KFC-Yarmouk (Riyadh), KFC-Tam Station (Riyadh)
7. Redemption
   1. Members will be entitled to use their Reward Points balance to obtain a KFC reward voucher, which they can then redeem for availing KFC products.
   2. A reward voucher can be redeemed only when KFC Rewards eligible location or store is selected in the KFC App for rewards enabled countries. Members can choose to redeem a Reward from the Reward Catalogue, depending on their points balance.
   3. Upon redemption, a reward voucher is unlocked and the corresponding number of points which satisfy the voucher value is immediately deducted from a Member’s points balance.
   4. Rewards Points, once used for redemption cannot be reversed regardless of whether, the reward voucher is used or not.
   5. A KFC Reward can be redeemed more than once within the same day, provided the Member has balance points for redemption.
8. Reward voucher
   1. Each redemption will lead to the generation of a unique, single use voucher code which can be used to get the corresponding discount in the next KFC App order.
   2. A reward voucher code can be redeemed only once.
   3. Redeemed voucher would be valid for 24 hours since redemption.
   4. A KFC Reward voucher can be utilized subject to the purchase of an additional product in the same order. Only 1 voucher code can be used per transaction. Reward voucher cannot be clubbed with any other ongoing/future offer or discount coupons in the same order or can be exchanged in cash.
9. Rights of the Company
   1. The Company reserves the rights to withdraw KFC Rewards program and/or alter its terms and conditions at its discretion from time to time. The revised terms and condition can be referred on the KFC App.
10. Governing Laws and Jurisdiction
    1. The KFC Reward program shall be governed by the laws of United Arab Emirates and the Dubai courts will have the exclusive jurisdiction to entertain all disputes and customer concerns related to this program.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold KFC, its parents, subsidiaries, officers, employees and Site contractors and each of their officers, employees and agents harmless from any claims, damages and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, related to your violation of these Terms, or any violations thereof by your dependents or which arises from the use of Submitted Content.

This KFC Site may link to sites not maintained by or related to KFC. Hypertext links are provided as a service to users and are not sponsored by or affiliated with this Site or KFC. KFC has not reviewed the sites hyperlinked to or from this Site and is not responsible for the content of any other site. These links are to be accessed at the user's own risk. Miscellaneous

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and KFC and govern your use of the KFC Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between you and KFC with respect to the KFC Site and services. Software that may be available in connection with this Site is subject to United States export controls. No software may be downloaded from this Site or otherwise exported or re-exported in violation of UAE Laws. Downloading or using the software is at your sole risk.

The failure of KFC to comply with this Agreement because of an act of God, war, fire, riot, terrorism, earthquake, actions of UAE authorities or for any other reason beyond the reasonable control of KFC, shall not be deemed a breach of this Agreement. If KFC fails to act with respect to your breach or anyone else's breach on any occasion, KFC is not waiving its right to act with respect to future or similar breaches.

The headings in this Agreement are for your convenience and reference. These headings do not limit or affect this Agreement.

If any provision of these terms of use shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these terms of use and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

This Agreement constitutes a binding agreement between you and KFC, and is accepted by you upon your use of the Site. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and KFC regarding the use of the Site and the features therein.

Other fees

Service Fee: A fee of 3% of the item subtotal (before discounts) will be charged as a service fee. The minimum and maximum amounts for the service fee shall be AED 0.9 and AED 3.90, respectively, and the Company reserves the right to revise these amounts at any time.

Small Order Fee - “If the item subtotal (before discounts) is less than AED 30, a small order fee equivalent to AED 4.9 will be charged and the Company reserves the right to revise this fee at any time.
